2021 Emergency Response in Henan

Following the devastating floods in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, our employees and local dealers swiftly coordinated the overnight delivery of 10,000 boxes of drinking water - followed by tens of thousands more to meet the region´s urgent needs.

2019 Typhoon Lekima Relief in Zhejiang

When Super Typhoon Lekima struck Wenling and caused severe flooding in Linhai, Nongfu Spring donated 266,500 bottles of drinking water. Our team navigated landslide-hit mountain roads and delivered supplies to the disaster area - despite losing contact for three hours during the mission.

2018 Flood Assistance in Shouguang

In response to severe flooding in Shouguang, Shandong Province, we promptly delivered essential supplies - including drinking water - to frontline firefighters and emergency responders.

2017 Rural Child Nutrition Program with Red Nose Foundation

In partnership with the Red Nose Foundation, we provided 250,000 free lunches to children in mountainous regions through the “Wearing a Red Nose for Public Welfare” initiative.

2016 Central And Eastern China Flood Relief

Heavy rainfall in provinces including Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, and Hunan triggered widespread flooding. In response, Nongfu Spring mobilized over 18,000 boxes of natural drinking water to support affected communities.

2016 Emergency Aid in Xin’anjiang, Hangzhou

After severe rainfall and mudslides caused damage in local areas, our Xin’anjiang plant contributed RMB 100,000 in cash to support flood recovery efforts.

2013 Flood Recovery in Yuyao, Zhejiang

When Typhoon Fitow inundated Yuyao in Zhejiang Province, we provided 50,000 bottles of natural drinking water - valued at RMB 70,000 - to affected residents.

2013 Ya’an Earthquake in Sichuan

We donated RMB 10 million comprising RMB 5 million in cash and RMB 5 million worth of natural drinking water - to support rescue and relief efforts following the 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Ya’an, Sichuan Province.

2012 Heavy Rainstorm in Beijing

To address emergency needs in Beijing´s Fangshan district , we swiftly deployed natural drining water valued at RMB 2.6 million for disaster relief.

2010 Drought Relief in Yunnan

During the severe drought in Yunnan Province, Nongfu Spring donated 380,000 cases of natural drinking water to the affected areas, - providing a week´s supply of daily drinking water for over 1.5 million people.

2008 Wenchuan Earthquake Relief

Nongfu Spring was the first private enterprise to respond. Chairman Zhong Shanshan personally led on-site operations for over a week. The company donated over RMB 25 million in supplies and funds, including a “Mother” ambulance service for affected children. Our efforts were honored with the “Charity Outstanding Contribution Award“.

2008 Snowstorm in South China

During the severe snowstorm in South China, we donated 100,000 bottles of natural drinking water to stranded travelers at Guangzhou Railway Station, earning recognition as a “Caring Enterprise.”

2007 Taihu Lake Water Crisis

In response to the cyanobacteria outbreak in Taihu Lake, we donated 10,000 cases of natural drinking water to support underprivileged families in Wuxi.

2006 Typhoon and Heatwave Response

In Cangnan County, Wenzhou, we donated 10,000 boxes of drinking water in the aftermath of Typhoon Saomai.

In response to heatwaves in Chongqing and the surrounding areas, we delivered 10,000 cases of drinking water.

That same year, we partnered with the Soong Ching Ling Foundation on the “Drinking Water with Gratitude for Sources” initiative, raising over RMB 5 million to support children in water-source communities.

2003 Sponsoring China Manned Space (CMS) Program

Since 2003, we have contributed RMB 12 million in support of the nation’s space exploration efforts.

2002 Sunshine Project for Rural Sports

We launched the “One Penny” project to donate sports equipment and promote basic sports development in under-resourced schools.
